Gjat\u00eb dy dit\u00ebve t\u00eb ngritjes s\u00eb kapaciteteve dhe trajnimit intenziv, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e OJQ-ve pat\u00ebn rastin t\u00eb punojn\u00eb ngusht\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin e ideve t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr hulumtim. Ideja e IKS-it p\u00ebr fushat\u00eb mbi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs u diskutua me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb krijohen&nbsp; partner\u00eb p\u00ebr ide tjera q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me kryeqytetin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e OJQ-ve zhvilluan tre ide dhe punuan ngusht\u00eb n\u00eb tre grupe t\u00eb ndihmuara nga analist\u00ebt e ESI-it. Kjo ngjarje rezultoi n\u00eb formimin e koalicionit t\u00eb OJQ-ve, q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb zgjerimin e ideve t\u00eb IKS-it lidhur me fushat\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs.
