P\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e programit, ekipi i IKS-it ka vendosur t\u00eb analizoj\u00eb tri komuna \u2013 Podujev\u00ebn,Skenderajn dhe Rahovecin.<\/p>\n<p>Hulumtimi tejkalon vler\u00ebsimin e programit dhe analiz\u00ebn e trendit t\u00eb edukimit; p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar plot\u00ebsisht pse dhe si ndikojn\u00eb trendet socio-ekonomike komunat, ne kemi shtruar shum\u00eb pyetje \u2013 pse jan\u00eb femrat aq dob\u00ebt t\u00eb&nbsp; p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuara n\u00eb fuqin\u00eb pun\u00ebtore?; cilat jan\u00eb trendet e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs?; si korrespondojn\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e femrave me nevojat e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs?; cilat jan\u00eb barrierat kulturore dhe tradicionale p\u00ebr femrat qe duan t\u00eb avancohen n\u00eb aspektin profesional, akademik dhe shoq\u00ebror?; cilat jan\u00eb politikat arsimore q\u00eb zbaton komuna dhe si ndikojn\u00eb ato politika tek femrat n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti?; pse shkalla e arsimimit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht tek femrat, \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq e ul\u00ebt?<\/p>\n<p>Raporti gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, i skicuar mbi hulumtimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe adresimin e arsimimit,&nbsp;femrave, pun\u00ebsimit dhe traditat, do t\u00eb publikohet n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb prillit 2008. Takimi i pal\u00ebve e relevante p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar rekomandimet \u201cDrejt Lisbon\u00ebs\u201d Me 13 shkurt 2008, IKS-i dhe UNICEF-i ftuan pal\u00ebt relevante dhe zyrtar\u00ebt, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb<br \/>\nMinistrin p\u00ebr Arsim, Shkenc\u00eb dhe Teknologji, z. Enver Hoxhaj, dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga UNDP, UNIFEM, GTZ, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar rekomandimet e raportit t\u00eb IKS-it \u201cDrejt\u00eb Lisbon\u00ebs\u201d. N\u00eb mbledhje mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30 p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga institucione dhe organizata t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Pas fjal\u00ebs hyr\u00ebse nga kreu i UNICEF-it, IKS-i prezantoj raportin \u201cDrejt Lisbon\u00ebs\u201d. Prezantimi u pasua nga fjalimi i ministrit Hoxha, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje rekomandimeve t\u00eb IKS-it. Ministri e lavd\u00ebroj pun\u00ebn e IKS-it dhe zyrtarisht paralajm\u00ebroj shpalljen e vitit 2009, si vit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit profesional, q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb rekomandim i dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb raportin e IKS-it.<\/p>\n<p>Prezantimi i Ministrit, u pasua nga diskutime n\u00eb grupe dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb drek\u00eb zyrtare q\u00eb ka ofruar UNICEF-i.
