Ajo filloi karier\u00ebn n\u00eb 1989 si m\u00ebsuese n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme Stevan Mokranjac n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe si ligjeruese n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs. Ajo ka ofruar k\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr strategji dhe politika p\u00ebr OKB-n\u00eb, dhe ka eksperienc\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, planifikim dhe menaxhim n\u00eb emergjenca, edukim, dhe kultur\u00eb. Me DFID, Florina u angazhua n\u00eb dialog t\u00eb politikave me Qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb sektoret e qeverisj\u00ebs, administrat\u00ebs publike dhe financave, rendit dhe ligjit, sektorit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, shoqeris\u00eb civile, dhe zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Ne rolin e saj si k\u00ebshilltare politike p\u00ebr z\u00ebvend\u00ebs reprezentuesin special t\u00eb sekretarit general t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb, Florina k\u00ebshilloi n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, mir\u00ebqenj\u00ebs sociale, rinise dhe kultur\u00ebs, edukimit, dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjera si t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet gjinore. Florina ishte \u00a0direkt e p\u00ebrfshire n\u00eb krijimin e Parlamentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe ka sh\u00ebrbyer si k\u00ebshill\u00ebtare politike p\u00ebr kryetarin e par\u00eb t\u00eb parlamentit. Ajo iu bashkangjit zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb reprezentuesit special t\u00eb sekretarit gjeneral dhe k\u00ebshilloi n\u00eb etapat zhvillimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Florina kontriboi ne pun\u00ebn e Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore\/DFID n\u00eb zhvillimin e Strategjis\u00eb Afatmesme Speciale p\u00ebr Siguri p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn pas luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mes t\u00eb viteve 1997-2000, Florina ishte reprezentuese rajonale p\u00ebr Save the Children UK dhe m\u00eb vone e Save the Children Alliance in Kosovo. P\u00ebr angazhimin e saj gjat\u00eb situat\u00ebs s\u00eb refugjat\u00ebve n\u00eb 1999, ajo fitoi \u00e7mimin Gallantry nga Anne, Princesa e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Bashkuar.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb viteve 2001-2007 ajo menaxhoi Klubin Republikan, nj\u00eb klub debati q\u00eb ajo e themeloi bashk\u00eb me Prof. Michael Daxner (Free Berlin University), Tom Koenigs (German Bundestag), dhe Dukagjin Gorani (Keshilltar i kryeministrit per siguri), etj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Florina gjithashtu punoi me Medecins Sans Frontieres dhe me K\u00ebshillin p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Drejtave dhe Lirive t\u00eb Njeriut, q\u00eb ishte organizata e par\u00eb joqeveritare e regjistruar n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e paskomunizmit (1990) dhe si redaktore letrare.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:florina_duli@iksweb.org\">florina_duli@iksweb.org<\/a>\t\t<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Florina Duli \u2013 Sefaj iu bashkangjit IKS-it n\u00eb Prill, 2012, duke pruar k\u00ebshtu eksperiencen diverse t\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy dekadave.
