Scope and Methodology\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

IKS intends to hire a part-time Project Assistant\/Intern.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The tasks and responsibilities of the Project Assistant\/Intern are to:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Support the Project Manager\/Executive Director;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Support to day-to-day management of the \u201cSupport to Social Justice Coalition\u201d project;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. To ensure the project is delivered within the timeframe and budget;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Keep track of activity plan;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Support on preparing administrative and financial records in close cooperation with the Project management and Finance team;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Support on preparing project contracts and donor reports.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Duration of the assignment\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The intended duration is six (6) months up to one (1) year of paid internship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
