Don't Fix What Ain't Broke II: Position Paper on Pensions in Kosovo

In April / May 2016, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare took the initiative to amend law LAW no. 04 / L-131 on State Funded Pension Schemes. The drafting of the concept paper seeks to demonstrate the need for policy changes and analysis of options to address the controversial objectives that have not been properly addressed by the parties involved. This paper analyzes the changes and provides recommendations.
