Integrity: IKS staff are expected to be cooperative, consultative and professional, respectful of each other and in their dealings with external parties. IKS will aim to be mindful, empathetic and an example of integrity both in word and action.
Innovation: This describes the value, creativity and cutting-edge quality of IKS’s work. IKS staff and interns will grip intellectual curiosity, freedom of thought and expression rationality and clarity, producing quality input into public policy.
Accountability: IKS conducts its activities with transparency, and its staff is accountable for results to their board, funders and the public.
