Departamenti për Zhvillim Ndërkombëtar është duke mbështetur projektin e IKS-it: “Ekonomia Politike e Korrupsionit dhe Llogaridhënies në Kosovë pas pavarësisë.” Projekti ka filluar në nëntor 2009 dhe pritet të përfundojë në pranverë 2010. Projekti është azhurnim i njërit prej raporteve të mëhershme të IKS-it, “Studim mbi Rindërtimin e Sistemit të Integritetit Kombëtar” i publikuar më 2007. Ky projekt do të analizojë më thellë shtysat dhe pengesat kundrejt përmirësimit të luftës kundër korrupsionit.

UNICEF

UNICEF e ka përkrahur projektin e IKS-it “Çliro Ndryshimin: Zërat e të Rinjve të Kosovës 2010”. Nëpërmes këtij projekti IKS-i merr një këndvështrim jo të zakonshëm për mendimet dhe ndjenjat e të rinjve kosovar, perceptimet e tyre mbi të tashmen dhe të ardhmen e vendit, duke shpresuar kështu që të ketë ndikim në politikë bërje më të mirë në interes të fëmijve dhe të rinjve kosovarë. Ky projekt ka përfunduar në tetor të 2010. Edhe projekti “Drejt Lisbonës” gjithashtu ka qenë i përkrahur nga UNICEF.

Europian Fund for the Balkan

Fondi Evropian për Ballkanin ka mbështetur projektin e IKS-it: “Të mendosh gjelbër” nga fundi i vitit 2008 deri në mes të vitit 2009. “Të mendosh gjelbër” prezanton gjendjen e mjedisit në Kosovë sot dhe mënyrën si qeveria qendrore dhe qeveritë komunale e trajtojnë këtë çështje, posaçërisht në komunat e Prishtinës dhe Obiliqit. Ky punim synon të hedh dritë mbi territor të pashkelur më parë, të inkurajojë veprime nga ana e qeverisë dhe të nxis debat publik mbi çështje kyçe që ndikojnë në jetën tonë.

Rockefeller Brothers Fund

Rockfeller Brothers Fund i ka dhuruar grant institucional IKS-it gjatë viteve 2005, 2006 dhe gjysmës së parë të vitit 2007. Pa përkrahjen e RBF-s puna e IKS-it ka qenë e pamundur të realizohet.

Work and Employment

This report is part of the activities that are planned for the implementation of the Support to Social Partners (SSP) project, funded by EU Office in Kosovo. Specifically, the project contributes to “developing skills and knowledge of social partners in legislation drafting, legal research and analysis”, “strengthen the administrative and management capacities of social partners”, “strengthen the capacities of social partners in advocacy, lobbying and negotiations”, and “facilitating the organizational reform of social partners”.

The report represents direct support to the work of the Social and Economic Council (SEC), which legally is in charge of facilitating tripartite social dialogue in the country. This report is the SSP project contribution to feeding information collected in the field to the discussions in SEC. Active secretarial support has also been provided to SEC, which combined with digitalization of SEC materials, is aimed at improving process management within this body.

The project is streamlined with ongoing processes, and has taken into consideration all major events and programs taking place during the implementation period. The approach of harmonizing all project activities into ongoing processes of other actors is perceived to be the most adequate for obtaining the most qualitative results. As such, some of the project activities are dependent on processes and stakeholder cooperation, and cannot be implemented without their participation.

The purpose of this survey with the general population is to assess the following:

  • The level of public awareness and knowledge about social policies;
  • The level of public opinion and attitude towards welfare systems and level of protection desired by citizens;
  • Public attitude towards illegal migration;
  • Expectations and attitudes of the general public towards social and employment policies;
  • Individual savings habits and attitudes of the general public.

The findings from this research should be used by members of the Social Economic Council and the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare as citizen feedback on priority policies and reliable information to be used for decision-making. Hence, institutional representatives are the primary audience of this report, but other stakeholders such as social partners, international donor organizations, Kosovo Parliament, political parties, Civil Society Organization (CSO’s), media, as well as the general public, are also targeted with this report. Given the scarcity of literature and research in the topics covered by the report, the information presented herein can also be used by students and academia in their work.

Përceptimi dhe Qendrimet e Qytetarëve për Shtetin Social

Raporti e përkrah  drejtpërdrejtë punën e Këshillit Ekonomik dhe Social (KES), i cili me ligj është përgjegjës për lehtësimin e dialogut trepalësh social në vend. Ky raport, që është kontribut i projektit PPS dhe ofron informacione të mbledhura në terren të cilat janë diskutuar në KES. Mbështetje aktive i është dhënë Sekretariatit të KES-it, e cila e kombinuar me digjitalizimin e materialeve të KES- it, për qëllim të përmirësimit te menaxhimit të procesit në kuadër të këtij organi.

Fondi i Ballkanit për Demokraci është duke mbështetur projektin e IKS-it: “Peisazhi Politik i Kosovës.” Nëpërmjet këtij projekti IKS-i synon të analizojë sistematikisht peisazhin politik të Kosovës dhe të paraqesë në mënyrë të qartë përfundimet e hulumtimit tek populli i Kosovës. Nëse qytetarët dinë më shumë rreth funksionimit të partive politike, rreth përpilimit të programeve dhe se si merren vendimet brenda partisë, atëherë ata do të jenë në gjendje të bëjnë zgjidhje më të informuar se kush do ti përfaqësojë ata. Ky projekt i financuar nga FBD ka filluar në tetor 2009 dhe parashihet të përfundojë në verë 2010.
